Support daily operational coordination and logistics DHL Express Chile's Operations Department is seeking a Special Operations Agent. ROLE PURPOSE The Special Operations Agent will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, safety, and procedural compliance in cargo handling and management, actively participating in the execution of daily operations. This includes correct sorting, distribution, and transportation of shipments; coordination of operational tasks; support across various logistics processes; and direct response to special requirements—ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction at all times. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES A. Assist in organizing and sorting all received cargo, ensuring proper preparation for delivery. B. Execute Pick Up \& Delivery operations nationwide, complying with DHL Express quality and safety standards. C. Handle, organize, and sort cargo—including items exceeding 25kg—in accordance with applicable safety regulations. D. Accurately record Check Points at each stage of the logistics process, as required. E. Support coordination and execution of daily operations, maintaining effective communication with all involved departments. F. Ensure proper handling, safeguarding, and use of assigned equipment—both personal and shared within the department. G. Transport cargo to other facilities either within or outside Santiago city, according to operational needs. H. Load and unload parcel trucks, performing sorting for both standard parcels and Heavy Weight parcels.
