We seek a candidate with proven hands-on experience and the ability to coordinate daily operations, drivers, fleet, documentation, and contingencies, while maintaining smooth operational relations with the client and operations management. The role includes direct supervision of the assigned operation, enhanced execution control, and sufficient traceability for service closure, billing, and service control. Key Responsibilities: ? Receive, review, and channel client requirements and special needs. ? Coordinate daily operations under their responsibility, maintaining control over drivers, trucks, equipment, and associated resources. ? Plan and organize services, deliveries, and operational requirements. ? Continuously monitor service progress and manage day-to-day contingencies. ? Coordinate with the Plant when the operation requires consolidated loading, dispatch from site, or physical/document exchange. ? Ensure drivers have necessary information and resources to perform their services. ? Control receipt, review, and use of operational documentation. ? Prepare and report required information for operational control and internal billing tracking. ? Coordinate bulk, IBC, or transfer operations, ensuring availability of motor pumps, accessories, and other specialized resources. ? Request support from ramps, additional equipment, or other resources from central operations when demand or contingencies require it. ? Escalate promptly any constraints, deviations, or risks that may affect service continuity or safety.
