This role is critical for coordinating technical teams, conducting on-site supervision, and managing projects comprehensively within a context of high operational demands. What will be your main challenge? Lead the full execution of naval projects in a **shipyard environment**, ensuring compliance with **deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards**, coordinating internal and external teams, and serving as a technical and managerial reference on site. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Plan, organize, and control the execution of assigned projects, from initiation through final delivery. * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a **shipyard environment**, promoting orderly, efficient, and operationally aligned execution. * Manage scheduling of activities, resources, materials, and services, anticipating deviations and re-planning as necessary. * Actively supervise on-site progress of works, ensuring compliance with **drawings, technical standards, and planning**. * Coordinate and oversee work performed by contractors and suppliers. * Conduct technical and administrative project monitoring, controlling **physical and financial progress**, and managing deviations. * Ensure compliance with **safety, quality, and housekeeping standards** on site. What do you need for this challenge? * Degree in Naval Engineering, Civil Construction, or related field. * **Minimum 10 years of experience in shipyard, naval construction, or similar industry, leading technical teams on site.** * Solid knowledge of **drawing interpretation and project management**. * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency** (pivot tables) and planning tools. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * **High stress tolerance**, proven leadership, adaptability, and results orientation.
