Join us as our next **Senior Predictive Intelligence Analyst** at **Casa Central** and together let's make Chile the country that best cares for workers and their families. **What are the objectives of the role?** Design and build the strategy for preventing workplace and traffic accidents, developing data-driven solutions, risk management, and institutional collaboration. You will be responsible for articulating a strategic infrastructure that enables identifying, modeling, and mitigating work and commuting risks, maximizing social impact and positioning Achs as a leader in occupational safety. **What will be your main challenges?** * **Design and implementation of data-driven strategies:** Identify risk patterns through accident analysis. Design and implement preventive plans focused on measurable outcomes. * **Development of analytical solutions:** Integrate data from different sources to model risks and evaluate impact. Collaborate with data science teams to define relevant indicators. * **Efficient resource management:** Optimize the use of budget and team capabilities. Prioritize high-impact initiatives and scalability from central planning. * **Monitoring and continuous improvement:** Evaluate strategy performance using KPIs. Adjust tactics based on results and new evidence. * **Training and preventive culture:** Design training and awareness programs for diverse audiences. Promote safe practices through campaigns and educational content. * **Strategic alliances and representation:** Establish connections with public and private stakeholders. Represent Achs in media, conferences, and technical forums on road safety topics. * **Technological and regulatory monitoring:** Stay updated on mobility trends, regulations, and technology.
