Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate banquet server dedicated to service and hospitality to attend to guest requests, maintain order, and coordinate with teams for efficient service. Participate in pre-service meetings and comply with quality standards At **Hotel Cumbres Lastarria**, we seek individuals passionate about service and hospitality to join our Food and Beverage team as a **Seasonal Banquet Server**. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and set up the banquet hall or event area according to hotel standards. * Attend to guest requests during service delivery. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the banquet hall, removing and cleaning tables during the event. * Restock china, glassware, cutlery, and other necessary service supplies. * Perform setup and breakdown of the banquet hall at the beginning and end of each event. * Keep service stations organized and polish china and glassware as required. * Coordinate with Banquet, Kitchen, and Bar teams to ensure efficient service. * Participate in pre-service meetings and comply with hotel hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Requirements: * Prior experience as a banquet server, preferably in hotels or restaurants. * Excellent customer orientation and service vocation. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
