**Confial Consultores**November 3, 2025 ### **Uncategorized** #### **Key Points** Puerto Montt Full\-time Negotiable Indefinite #### **Job Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** **A leading Construction company is seeking to add to its management team:** **Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality Manager (SSOMAC)** Your mission will be to ensure that operations and projects are carried out according to the highest standards of **prevention, sustainability, and regulatory compliance**, safeguarding employee well-being and environmental protection. **Main responsibilities:** * Design and implement **occupational health and safety risk prevention** programs. * Monitor and ensure **compliance with current safety and environmental regulations**. * Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and proposing **corrective and preventive actions**. * Develop **risk and environmental matrices** for impact management and control. * Coordinate training sessions, drills, and safety and occupational health awareness campaigns. * Promote a preventive **organizational culture** focused on continuous improvement. ### **Job Requirements** Requirements: Professional degree in Risk Prevention and Environmental Engineering or related field of at least 8 semesters. Minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2 years in maritime, riverine, or road projects. Up-to-date knowledge of current legal regulations regarding safety and the environment.
