Job Description We are seeking a **Dispatch Route Planner** to design, coordinate, and supervise transportation itineraries, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in distribution logistics, route analysis, and fleet management. Main Responsibilities * **Route Design**: Plan efficient itineraries considering costs, time, and safety. * **Fleet Management**: Coordinate vehicle availability and performance. * **Logistics Optimization**: Implement improvements in distribution processes. * **Delivery Supervision**: Monitor adherence to deadlines and service quality. * **Documentation Management**: Prepare performance reports and maintain up-to-date records. * **Customer Relations**: Coordinate dispatch requirements and resolve incidents. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with transportation and road safety regulations. Requirements * Degree in Logistics, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in route planning and dispatch operations. * Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and GPS monitoring. * Analytical, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Technical English is desirable.
