Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being responsible for: * Leading the Tetris Shift operations in Chile on-site, ensuring achievement of volume, productivity, and quality targets for the shift. * Resolving operational contingencies and incidents in real time with autonomy, judgment, and proactivity during the 4:30 PM–10:00 PM shift, bearing in mind that direct reporting is to Argentina. * Coordinating smoothly with the morning shift Team Leader (7:00 AM–4:30 PM), ensuring alignment of criteria and operational continuity between both shifts. * Managing the direct performance of the operations team, providing timely feedback, holding difficult conversations when necessary, and maintaining a safe, results-oriented work environment. * Ensuring a flawless shift handover with the morning shift Team Leader, clearly and thoroughly documenting all shift updates and reporting to the area Supervisor (Argentina).
