Someone who combines experience in maintenance management and engineering projects with a strong focus on sustainable results—ensuring efficiency, operational continuity, and resource optimization. You will also need: * University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Specialized studies in Reliability and Maintenance (RCM, TPM). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in reliability or maintenance-related roles within industrial environments, including multidisciplinary team management and participation in continuous improvement and maintenance optimization projects. * Knowledge of Asset Management Standards (ISO 55000), Failure Analysis (RCA, FMEA, Weibull), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Statistical methods for data analysis, Predictive Maintenance (vibration, thermography, ultrasound), Project Management, and Maintenance Performance Indicators. **What you’ll receive** As part of Nutreco, you’ll become a member of the SHV family—a diverse group of companies with global presence.
