Be part of a collaborative culture grounded in Respect and Integrity. **Receptionist Location:** Las Condes, Santiago. **About the Role:** As a Receptionist at CBRE, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming visitors to the building through dedicated and friendly service in the main lobby of a building. What You’ll Do: • Greet and register building visitors. • Contact each reception desk to confirm visitor access. • Support evacuation procedures during emergencies by guiding occupants to designated safe zones per established protocols. • Receive and assist vendors, ensuring appropriate referral to respective departments. • Efficiently resolve access issues according to established protocols. • Perform administrative tasks related to visitor control, entry management, and support activities for asset administration. **What You’ll Need:** • Technical Higher Education degree in Hospitality or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles — mandatory. • Conversational English preferred but not required. • Proficient user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Las Condes commune (Metro El Golf).
