The main responsibilities will be: \- Perform quantity take-offs, analysis tables, and other reports to support proposal submissions, as stipulated in tender documents. \- Generate and consolidate information from technical documentation and tender documents required for preparing a proposal, specifically regarding quantities of items, materials, and resources. \- Raise queries arising from the analysis of documentation, aligned with current tender schedules. These are the requirements: \- Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, or Technical Diploma in Construction. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within the construction industry. \- Ability to interpret construction drawings. \- Knowledge of construction processes. \- Knowledge of quantity surveying. \- Familiarity with equipment, materials, and resources. \- Intermediate AutoCAD skills. \- Revit (desirable).
