Position Summary: ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Quality and Systems Coordinator to lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in South America. ACCIONA Energía adheres to the most stringent environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) criteria.** **Position Description** At ACCIONA Energía, we are seeking a Quality and Systems Coordinator to work at our headquarters located in Las Condes commune, Santiago, Chile. **Mission**: Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of ACCIONA Energía South America’s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring its implementation and compliance across Quality, Environment, Occupational Risk Prevention, Social Management, Asset Management, SGIIE, and other applicable systems, in accordance with corporate guidelines. Additionally, support quality management across all project phases and at headquarters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all company facilities and projects in Chile and Peru. **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), in accordance with corporate guidelines. * Provide technical advisory support to various organizational areas on matters related to the Integrated Management System and quality management. * Coordinate and conduct internal audits, and follow up on action plans derived from audit results. * Monitor compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements for the Integrated Management System. * Manage the registration, tracking, and closure of incidents, non-conformities, and corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. * Administer and provide support for the use of corporate Integrated Management System platforms (Enablon, MAP, Worldlex, or others). * Analyze system indicators, audit results, incidents, complaints, and other relevant information to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. * Coordinate the identification, updating, and standardization of processes, procedures, and other documentation for the Integrated Management System. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators to support decision-making by leadership and business units. * Coordinate training and dissemination activities related to the Integrated Management System and quality processes. * Serve as the liaison between the parent company and operations in Chile and Peru regarding management systems and quality matters. * Support projects in planning, implementing, and monitoring quality management throughout their various phases. * Maintain ongoing communication with internal customers to understand their requirements and coordinate solutions ensuring service needs are met. * Use equipment and resources appropriately, considering their nature and foreseeable risks. * Immediately report to your direct supervisor or the Prevention Department any situation that could pose a risk to your health or that of any other worker. * Properly use provided personal protective equipment and actively participate in safety and health training defined in the Annual Training Plan. * Collaborate in continuous improvement and take responsibility for the quality of your role. **Candidate Requirements** **Education / Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. **Additional Training:** Training in project management and management systems. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 55001, and ISO 45001 standards.
