We seek a professional who can lead strategic investment and development initiatives, contributing to the growth and efficiency of our operations. Position Objective Design, plan, control, and evaluate projects within the Poultry Division and investment projects, ensuring their proper implementation according to allocated resources, established timelines, and compliance with the company’s regulatory, legal, and production standards. Main Responsibilities Design, evaluate, plan, and control the execution of projects aimed at optimizing processes and resources in poultry production. Develop project budgets considering priorities, associated costs, and operational efficiency. Monitor and control projects in terms of objectives, timelines, and budget. Provide technical advisory support to internal clients and act as the counterpart for suppliers and contractors. Coordinate with various organizational departments for project implementation and execution. Prepare and present technical and economic evaluations for approval by Management and General Management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, energy and water efficiency, and biosecurity. General Information **Location:** Melipilla. **Work Schedule:** 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract with potential transition to indefinite term. (Mandatory) Desirable experience in food companies or production processes. **Technical Knowledge:** Intermediate–Advanced Excel proficiency (Mandatory). Knowledge of production process optimization (Desirable). Knowledge of planning, monitoring, and control of industrial projects. AutoCAD proficiency (Desirable).
