Position Summary: We are seeking a technical IT, Networks, Cybersecurity, or Informatics student intern to provide operational support and maintain technological infrastructure, assist users, and contribute to security. Security support and fixed asset management We are looking for a student intern pursuing a higher-level technical degree in IT Systems, Networks, Cybersecurity, or Informatics. This person will perform and learn operational and support tasks within our technological infrastructure. The main objective is to assist users in resolving common issues, contribute to maintaining our systems and equipment, and support security management, fixed asset management, and internal support ticket administration. Key responsibilities include providing support in: * Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, including backups where applicable. * Diagnosing system failures and errors. * Maintaining Service computer equipment (software and hardware). * Preparing computer equipment. * Advising staff on various systems. * Monitoring platforms, reporting anomalies, and performing transaction reconciliation (sales, entries, status changes) to identify system issues. Requirements: * Student enrolled in a technical program in Networks, Cybersecurity, Informatics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of hardware and software support. * Knowledge of network configuration (Wi\-Fi, LAN). * Basic experience or interest in inventory systems and ticket management. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
