The position involves leading operational teams, controlling production processes, and overseeing adherence to production programs through appropriate personnel management, process monitoring, and timely implementation of corrective actions. ### **Job Requirements** Technical or professional degree in Aquaculture, Food Science, Industrial Processes or related fields. Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory roles within production plants. Desired knowledge of HACCP, food safety and quality regulations. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
