Main Responsibilities: ? Operate equipment and production lines in accordance with established procedures. ? Perform raw material dosing, packaging, palletizing, and provide support in production processes. ? Carry out operational tasks while complying with the company’s safety, quality, and productivity standards. ? Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, equipment, raw materials, and packaging materials. ? Monitor and verify product quality during the production process. ? Comply with current occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. ? Report deviations, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly. Requirements: ? Completed secondary education. ? Technical training or equivalent experience in operational roles is desirable. ? At least 1 year of experience in production plants, manufacturing, or industrial processes. ? Experience operating automated production lines and industrial equipment is desirable. Work Location: ? Henkel plants located in the communes of Quilicura and/or Pudahuel, Metropolitan Region.
