Job Description: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Specialist to implement and monitor occupational and environmental safety activities to prevent or minimize workplace incidents and promote a safe and healthy workplace. Main Responsibilities: * Identify and assess occupational and environmental hazards. * Develop and update safety procedures. * Train workers on risk prevention and emergency response. * Conduct occupational health and safety drills. * Advise the Joint Health and Safety Committee and supervisors on preventive matters. * Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment. * Manage occupational accidents and diseases, including follow-up. * Update risk and emergency matrices. * Implement assigned preventive campaigns. What We Expect From You: * Minimum 2 years of experience in risk prevention. * Knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations. * Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team. * Class B driver's license and ability to travel between various facilities. * Technical or professional degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
