The position plays a strategic role in production planning, team management, and resource optimization. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily operations of the **agro-industrial plant**, ensuring adherence to production schedules. * Plan and control human resources, raw materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain efficient operations. * Monitor production indicators, productivity, costs, waste, quality, and goal achievement. * Lead production, maintenance, quality, and operations teams, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with **quality, food safety, and occupational safety** standards. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment and facility availability. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs, optimizing processes, and increasing productivity. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Industrial Civil Engineering, Food Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or a related field. * **6 to 10 years of experience** in industrial operations, production, or agro-industrial plants. * Experience leading teams and managing productive operations. * Knowledge of production planning, cost control, operational indicators, and resource management. * Desired experience in **food safety, HACCP, GMP, and quality management systems**. * Ability to coordinate production, maintenance, quality, and logistics departments. * Leadership, decision-making ability, results orientation, and skills to resolve operational problems.
