Opportunities for technical development and teamwork. **We build roads and create opportunities!** At **Asfalcura**, we are looking for a Plant Electromechanic to join our team. **Your primary objective will be:** * To carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive support maintenance activities on the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems of the asphalt plant, ensuring operational continuity, equipment availability, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Your main responsibilities include:** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems. * Diagnosing failures and conducting inspections on critical equipment. * Maintaining and repairing electrical systems (sensors, VFDs, PLCs) and interpreting diagrams. * Performing maintenance on transmission systems and supporting assembly activities. * Responding to operational failures to minimize plant shutdowns. * Recording maintenance activities and managing spare parts usage. * Reporting failures and proposing improvement opportunities. * Complying with safety regulations, use of PPE, and LOTO protocols. * Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory policies. * Maintaining confidentiality of company information. * Participating in training and technical development activities. **You would be a great fit if you have:** * A professional qualification as a mid- or higher-level technician in Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. * 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Experience working in plants. * Knowledge or experience in diagnosing electrical and mechanical failures. **Your expertise will make the difference:** * Industrial Electricity or Mechanics * Electric motors and VFDs * Hydraulics and Pneumatics * Diagram reading * Basic IA (Artificial Intelligence) handling for processes **We value traits such as:** * Teamwork * Strong learning ability * Adaptability to change (new processes and technologies) * Safety-oriented mindset Join those who pave the way!
