Job Summary: We are seeking a Pile Operations Supervisor to perform controls and measurements that improve irrigation and cover operation, while coordinating personnel and engaging in on-site dialogue. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage resources for the maintenance of crowns and irrigation systems. 2. Coordinate personnel according to the work schedule and priorities. 3. This is an outstanding opportunity for talented individuals who can grow into the role of **Pile Operations Supervisor**, contributing to pile controls and measurements—enabling assessment of pile conditions and facilitating crown improvements and irrigation system deviation corrections. **We want you to:** *\-* Inspect on-site work performed by pile operators and provide feedback to maintain optimal crown irrigation and cover operation * Manage necessary resources for crown maintenance, peripheral issues, and drainage equipment measurements on piles * Coordinate personnel according to the assigned work schedule, participating in task allocation based on priorities and improvement needs * Conduct daily on-site performance dialogues, explaining control parameters and proposing ideas to ensure expected outcomes are met **For this challenge, we seek talent with:** * Technical or Professional Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agronomy * Minimum 2 years’ work experience as a leaching pile operations supervisor, including personnel management * Knowledge of hydrometallurgy, fluid transport, equipment operation, assembly/disassembly of irrigation matrices, and operational safety * Class B driver’s license **We offer:** * Contract type: Fixed-term contract * Working hours: 7x7 shift system * Work location: Nueva Victoria site, located in the country’s first region * The opportunity to join and grow within a dynamic, continuously learning work environment Important: Please submit your application exclusively through our official website: www.trabajaenSQM.com.
