Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Administrator to provide general administrative support, handle telephone and in-person inquiries, and manage access control for a security company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Essential administrative support on matters such as severance settlements and payroll calculations. 2. Handling and routing telephone calls, and receiving visitors. 3. Monitoring staff entry and providing support for administrative inquiries. Operations Administrator – Antofagasta A prestigious national security company with extensive market experience is seeking an Operations Administrator to join its administrative team in Antofagasta. Main Responsibilities: * General administrative support on matters including severance settlements, payroll calculations, schedule reconciliations, and others. * Answering and routing incoming telephone calls to respective departments. * Receiving visitors, suppliers, and employees. * Monitoring and recording entry of internal and external personnel. * Serving the public and assisting with administrative inquiries. Requirements: * Mandatory requirement: academic background related to administration. * Proven experience in similar roles (ideally within service or security companies). * Proficiency in office tools (Word, intermediate Excel [pivot tables], email, telephone). * Strong communication, organizational, and service-oriented skills. * Professional appearance and courteous demeanor. Conditions: * Full-time, on-site position. Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. * Formal employment contract compliant with current labor legislation. * Benefits include compensation fund membership, free life insurance, and affiliation with a workplace safety mutual. * Net monthly salary offered: CLP 800.000 net + lunch card benefit (approximate net value: CLP 110.000)
