We achieve this by maximizing the value of our assets, in partnership with our employees, their families, and our community—efficiently utilizing natural resources and embracing sustainable development as our model, thereby ensuring profitability for our shareholders and customer satisfaction. **Job Description** Coordinate, manage, and optimize mine operations through integrated monitoring and control of loading, haulage, operational surveillance, and operational monitoring technologies, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with safety standards, and maximization of equipment and mine process performance—by promptly correcting operational deviations in real time and analyzing operational data to support decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize the mine fleet using the Dispatch system, ensuring plan compliance and equipment performance. * Monitor operations in real time, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Supervise the use of operational technology systems, ensuring reliable information for decision-making. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. * Identify, correct, and report operational deviations and unsafe conditions. * Analyze operational indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to support data-driven decisions. * Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Planning departments to ensure operational continuity. * Supervise mine technology systems (CAS, Dispatch, MineCare, among others). * Track operational events and contribute to continuous improvement. * Support monitoring and control functions from the Control Room as required by operational needs. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in similar roles. * Knowledge of open-pit mining operations. * Knowledge of Fleet Management Systems (FMS). (Mandatory) * Knowledge of mine operational monitoring and control. * Knowledge of operational KPIs and mine performance analysis. * Knowledge of operational continuity and mine process control. * Knowledge of regulations, procedures, and operational and safety standards. * Proficiency in computer tools and operational analytics platforms. * Class B driver’s license. * Medical fitness compatible with the role. **Benefits and Conditions** * 7x7 rotating shift schedule with camp accommodation. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Transportation from company-designated locations. * Access to internal development, leadership, and training programs. * Opportunity to participate in global corporate initiatives and projects.
