Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines. **Who Are We?** JBA (Don Juan, EDRA, etc.), a leading mass-consumption company and producer/distributor/marketer of food products, is seeking an Operator for our plant located in Tiltil. **Primary Job Objective** Efficiently operate the plant's production equipment and machinery and assist in all activities related to the manufacturing and packaging of finished products, complying with product quality standards, hygiene and industrial safety regulations, and in accordance with policies and procedures established by the ICB Group. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Efficiently execute, on time and as scheduled, the production plan according to ICB-established procedures in the areas of quality, environment, and safety. 2\.\- Correctly operate assigned machines and follow work methodologies to ensure optimal performance of equipment under responsibility and its continuous improvement. 3\.\- Coordinate the work team to achieve the production plan targets. 4\.\- Monitor line losses and shrinkage to prevent inventory discrepancies. 5\.\- Transfer specific machine operation knowledge to other team members. 6\.\- Perform maintenance operations—preventive and corrective—on assigned machines (basic/advanced) to ensure proper functioning. 7\.\- Carry out production-related activities applying continuous improvement methodologies. **Required Knowledge:** * Production process control * Knowledge of quality assurance programs and regulations (HACCP, 5S, BRC, Food Allergen Training, GMP) * Basic risk awareness * Knowledge of production line machines, tools, and spare parts. **Benefits:** * Complementary Health Insurance **Join ICB!** **Requirements:** * Technical Secondary Education diploma or equivalent experience in similar industries/processes. * Two years of experience in the field (preferred but not mandatory). * Availability for rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night). * 100% on-site work in the Quilicura commune. **Work With Us!**
