Role Objective: To provide operational and administrative support for Occupational Safety and Health management, contributing to regulatory compliance and strengthening preventive practices within the organization. What would your responsibilities be? * Support the identification and analysis of risks present across different workplaces, collaborating in defining preventive actions. * Participate in safety walkthroughs and inspections, documenting observations and improvement suggestions. * Support compliance with current legal regulations regarding occupational risk prevention, including applicable regulatory frameworks. * Manage and maintain up-to-date documentation related to workplace safety and health. * Collaborate in organizing and executing training sessions, onboarding programs, and preventive campaigns. * Support incident and occupational accident analysis processes, contributing to corrective action planning. * Participate in initiatives related to psychosocial risks and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. * Coordinate with various company departments to follow up on safety and prevention matters. * Support the preparation of reports and indicators related to preventive management. What do we expect from you? * Technical or engineering degree in occupational risk prevention, with a valid National Registry of Individual Health Service Providers (SNS Registry). * One year of professional experience. * Proficiency in Excel. * Availability to visit stores and distribution centers; fieldwork required.
