We are looking for a **Nutritionist** to work in the city of Angol. **Responsibilities** * Inspect raw material deliveries received by production areas from the warehouse, verifying weights, temperature, and quantities dispatched (meat, vegetables, etc.) in accordance with the work order (or menu) and the number of portions to be prepared. * Ensure raw materials and products used in preparation meet appropriate quality standards and are in optimal condition. * During service, verify that dishes and portion sizes delivered comply with the weights stipulated in the Contract. * Review menu scheduling and calculate required quantities of raw materials for preparing various menus, in coordination with the Chef and Administrator. * Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality, and Safety standards in production areas. **Requirements** * Degree in Nutrition. * 3 years of experience in this role. * Training in food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality, and safety in production areas. * Experience in large-volume production processes and weight control. **Benefits** * Meal provision. * Health insurance. * Compensation fund. * Opportunities for continuous learning and training.
