Review and verify the weights and quality of raw materials and products. 2. Ensure food safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP). 3. We are looking for a **Dietitian** to work in the city of Angol. **Responsibilities** * Review raw material dispatches received by production areas from the warehouse, verifying weights, temperature, and quantities shipped (meat, vegetables, etc.) according to the work order (or menu plan) and the number of portions to be prepared. * Verify that raw materials and products to be used in preparations meet appropriate quality standards and are in perfect condition. * During service, confirm that dishes and portions served comply with the weights stipulated in the Contract. * Review the menu planning schedule and jointly calculate with the Chef and Administrator the quantities of raw materials required for preparing various menus. * Ensure compliance with food safety, good manufacturing practices (GMP), quality, and safety standards in production areas. **Requirements** * Degree in Dietetics. * Three years of experience in the role. * Training in food safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP), as well as quality and safety in production areas. * Experience in processes and portioning in high-volume production. **Benefits** * Provision of meals. * Health insurance. * Compensation fund. * Opportunities for continuous learning and training.
