Currently, we are seeking a **Sterilization Nurse** to join our team in a **Permanent** position. Work Schedule: Fixed Day Shift, Monday to Friday (39 hours per week) Position Objective: Supervise and coordinate the cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, storage, and distribution of medical-surgical equipment, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and current regulatory standards, thereby supporting the operational continuity of clinical services. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and perform cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and storage processes for medical-surgical equipment. Ensure compliance with biosafety, IAAS (Infection Prevention and Control), and current regulatory protocols. Coordinate with clinical teams for proper management and distribution of sterile materials. Conduct quality controls of sterilization processes and monitor departmental indicators. Train and guide staff on best practices for sterilization and safety. Ensure traceability, protection, and availability of sterile instruments and supplies. What We Expect From You: Professional nursing degree. Valid registration with the Superintendence of Health. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sterilization or Central Sterilization Services.
