We are seeking a Network Manager to oversee the operation of telecommunications infrastructure, coordinate the technical team, maintain service continuity, and lead network installation and enhancement projects. Direct impact Contribute to improving the stability, security, and quality of connectivity services. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily operations of networks and telecommunications services * Coordinate technical teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments * Supervise installations, configurations, maintenance, and upgrades * Monitor network availability, performance, capacity, and incidents * Manage projects, schedules, resources, and technical priorities * Coordinate response and resolution of service outages * Prepare operational reports, technical records, and KPIs * Identify infrastructure risks and opportunities for improvement * Verify compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) * Ensure adherence to security policies and internal procedures **What We Are Looking For** Experience * Experience in telecommunications, network administration, IT infrastructure, connectivity, or technical support * Prior experience coordinating technical teams or implementation projects * Experience with enterprise networks, data links, connectivity providers, and managed services is preferred Skills * Network management * Telecommunications operations * Coordination of technical teams * Vendor management * Infrastructure monitoring * Incident management * Report writing * Planning and problem solving Education * Professional degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Electronics, or a related field * Certifications in networking, IT service management, cybersecurity, cloud, or project management are preferred Salary: $2\.800\.000 \- $4\.200\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
