Position Purpose: Perform maintenance, repair, fabrication, and operational support tasks at Chacabuco Plant, promptly addressing various requirements from production areas. This position requires a versatile, proactive worker willing to perform diverse tasks, with knowledge and experience in welding, carpentry, general repairs, and fabrication support—contributing to reduced equipment and process downtime, improved plant conditions, and ensured operational continuity. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure plant operational continuity * Promptly address failures, repairs, and maintenance requests * Reduce equipment and process downtime * Prevent negative impacts on production * Perform versatile operational support tasks * Carry out welding tasks as required by the plant * Perform industrial carpentry and element fabrication * Fabricate and repair elements required by various departments * Perform general operational support tasks * Provide rapid and effective solutions to production area needs * **Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM** * **Lunch provided on-site** PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Academic Background: No formal academic qualifications are required. Technical studies in maintenance, mechanics, electricity, or related fields are valued. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year performing similar tasks in industrial or plant environments. Required Technical Knowledge: * General maintenance of equipment and facilities * Industrial fabrication work * Basic electricity * Use of hand tools and work equipment * Occupational safety regulations and procedures * Operational versatility * Welding (MIG, TIG, or others as required) * Industrial carpentry * General repairs.
