Promote compliance with safety procedures and standards. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Mining Engineer** to support the planning, supervision, and optimization of mining operations in Calama. The selected candidate will participate in monitoring productive processes, analyzing results, and coordinating with operational teams, contributing to a safe, efficient, and results-oriented operation. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the planning and monitoring of mining production activities. * Analyze performance, productivity, cost, and equipment utilization indicators. * Supervise operational processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency. * Coordinate with operations, maintenance, safety, and other departments to address process requirements. * Prepare technical reports and progress reports for management. * Identify operational deviations and participate in implementing corrective actions. * Promote compliance with safety, quality, and established mining operational standards. **Requirements** * Professional degree as a **Mining Engineer**. * **2 or more years of experience** in mining operations, planning, or related services. * Knowledge of mining planning, production, and indicator analysis. * Proficiency in computer tools and Excel; experience with mining software is preferred. * Ability to interpret technical information and propose solutions. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Salary: $1\.800\.000 \- $2\.400\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
