We seek committed, proactive individuals eager to make a real impact in the industry. ### **Position Purpose** To perform surface preparation, paint application, and finishing work on metal structures, ensuring proper surface protection and finish in accordance with the company’s established standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The position requires experience in industrial painting processes and operation of paint application equipment—particularly **Graco** equipment—as well as knowledge of surface preparation and handling of materials and tools specific to the process. ### **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Perform painting work on metal structures** * Prepare metal surfaces for proper paint application. * Apply paints, coatings, and protective products according to job requirements. * Perform painting and finishing work on metal structures. * Verify correct coverage and final finish quality. **2\. Operate painting equipment and tools** * Use painting machines and equipment, especially **Graco** equipment. * Operate manual tools and equipment required for surface preparation and paint application. * Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. * Perform basic cleaning of equipment used during the work shift. **Academic Qualifications:** Completed secondary education. Technical training or certification related to industrial painting, metal structures, or related fields will be valued. **Work Experience:** Minimum **1 year of experience as a Metal Structure Painter**, preferably in metal structures or industrial environments.
