A leading healthcare organization is currently recruiting a Medical Technologist to join its team, with a focus on correctly executing procedures, delivering patient care, and adhering to established technical and quality protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform procedures and examinations corresponding to your area of specialization, in accordance with applicable protocols and current regulations.
* Prepare, verify, and operate the equipment and instruments required for performing procedures.
* Provide safe and high-quality patient care, offering guidance regarding preparation for and conduct of examinations.
* Accurately record procedures, results, and associated clinical information for each patient encounter.
* Ensure proper functioning, cleaning, and maintenance of used equipment and supplies.
* Implement quality, biosafety, risk prevention, and infection control protocols.
* Promptly report deviations, incidents, or situations that may affect the proper execution of procedures.
* Maintain coordination with other professionals and departments involved to ensure appropriate continuity of care.
* Participate in training sessions, inductions, and continuing education activities defined by the organization.
Requirements:
* Professional degree as a Medical Technologist.
* Valid professional registration.
* OTI certification is highly desirable.
* Full-time on-site availability.
* Immediate availability.
* Availability to complete a one-week training program in Santiago.
* Patient orientation, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Contractual Conditions:
* Scheduled start date: August 3, 2026.
* Fixed-term contract for 2 months, renewable upon evaluation.
* On-site work schedule of 42 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.
* Approximate net monthly salary: $1.460.000.
* Initial one-week training in Santiago.
