Ensure operational continuity and safety and quality standards. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Maritime Operations Manager** to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of maritime and logistics operations, ensuring operational continuity, efficient resource utilization, and compliance with safety, quality, and service standards. This position will play a strategic role in managing teams, vessels, port operations, and coordination with customers and suppliers. **Key Responsibilities** * Direct and supervise maritime operations, coordinating human resources, vessels, equipment, and operational services. * Plan operational activities and ensure adherence to schedules, service timelines, and productivity targets. * Lead supervisory teams and operational staff, promoting efficient, results-oriented management. * Coordinate with customers, port authorities, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Monitor performance indicators, operational costs, resource utilization, and service levels to drive continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with maritime safety procedures, risk prevention measures, and applicable protocols. * Prepare management reports, assess operational risks, and lead improvement initiatives to optimize service efficiency and quality. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Maritime Engineering, Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in maritime, port, logistics, or industrial operations. * Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing high-complexity operations. * Knowledge of logistics planning, port coordination, and operational resource management. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems or logistics and operational management platforms. * Ability to analyze performance indicators, make strategic decisions, and resolve operational contingencies. * Strong leadership, effective communication, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
