We are seeking a Management Control Analyst to join our Administration and Finance team, with the objective of collecting, validating, and analyzing operational and financial information, contributing to the generation of reliable and timely information to support decision-making and achievement of the company's strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities: * Review and validate monthly variable incentive calculation bases. * Analyze location and product profitability by reviewing sales, costs, and associated expenses. * Monitor and update product costs and recipes, verifying data consistency and significant variations. * Review monthly calculation and application of commercial agreements and supplier rebates. * Review process inefficiencies (inventories, stock discrepancies, consumption, and shrinkage). * Support budgeting and strategic indicator development and monitoring processes through collection, validation, and analysis of information. * Maintain and validate databases used by the department, supporting automation, artificial intelligence, and Business Intelligence initiatives. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:15; Friday, 8:00–15:30. On-site mode. Location: Offices in downtown Santiago (Paseo Ahumada). Site visits to the plant for meetings with Production and Logistics departments (Quinta Normal metro station) are also required. Requirements: * Degree in Management Control, Certified Public Accountant, Industrial Engineering (Executive), or related field. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data lookup, and analysis). * Knowledge of Power BI, business intelligence tools, and artificial intelligence. * Basic knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and management indicators. * Experience handling databases and ERP systems.
