Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the operational continuity of equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Autonomous and team-based work on rotating shifts At Mowi Chile, we are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to join our **Water Production Team – Sea Region XI**. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT?** To perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities at the aquaculture center, in accordance with manufacturers' manuals and technical specifications. Additionally, to support procurement, supplies management, and productive tasks at the center, ensuring equipment operational continuity, extending equipment service life, and contributing to the production process within the allocated budget. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We seek senior-level technicians in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience maintaining internal combustion engines, electric generators, or outboard motors—preferably within the salmon farming, aquaculture, or maritime industry. Required knowledge includes electromechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity, along with proactivity, autonomy, and willingness to work rotating shifts. Also required is the ability to work autonomously to resolve on-site contingencies, as well as communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changes inherent to rotating shift work is also valued. **REQUIREMENTS:** Availability to work 14x14 rotating shifts is required.
