Job responsibilities: Supervise and manage the PTL Packing and store dispatch team according to company requirements. Ensure tasks are correctly executed in accordance with defined protocols for operational processes in the area. Monitor and ensure compliance with expected productivity levels while maintaining service quality standards. Evaluate staff performance using productivity indicators (PHH) and other defined KPIs. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations by the supervised team. Coordinate merchandise transfer with various departments within the Distribution Center for proper processing.
