We want you to become our next **Occupational Ergonomics Physiotherapist (EPT)**, working in Aysén on a **fee-for-service basis**. The primary objective of this position is to evaluate, control, and prevent ergonomic risks present in the workplace by applying the Ministry of Health’s TMERT and MMC protocols, as well as other technical methodologies, aiming to reduce musculoskeletal disorders, promote self-care, strengthen a preventive culture, and contribute to the client company’s well-being and productivity. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct ergonomic evaluations of workstations and work processes using current technical tools and protocols (e.g., TMERT, MMC, or others), identifying risks and proposing improvement measures * Deliver training and awareness activities related to self-care, proper use of workstations, and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders * Issue ergonomic prescriptions for the selection and procurement of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring their suitability for task requirements * Prepare reports, technical documents, and records associated with ergonomic management, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance * Provide technical advisory support to supervisors and clients on matters related to ergonomics, workstation design, operational improvements, and risk control * Support other project-related tasks or duties assigned by supervision, within the scope of professional competence Requirements for the Ideal Candidate: * Personal transportation * Experience in Occupational Ergonomics Physiotherapy (EPT) * Relevant training courses \*This vacancy is open to persons with disabilities\* We aspire to be the best by delivering health and logistics solutions for the care of workers and their families—so go ahead!
