We are looking for a highly results-oriented **Junior Field Support Project Manager**, with experience coordinating and administering technological and operational services. The role is responsible for leading field support projects from planning through to closure, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), defined objectives, established timelines, and assigned budgets. The professional will serve as the liaison point between clients, technical teams, vendors, and internal departments, guaranteeing efficient resource management and effective communication among all stakeholders. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site technical support projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. * Manage implementation of support services, technology deployments, equipment renewals, migrations, installations, and other related initiatives. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of technicians, engineers, vendors, and strategic partners. * Monitor project progress using management indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs). * Identify risks, deviations, and potential impacts, developing mitigation and contingency plans. * Manage allocation and optimization of human, technical, and financial resources. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders, delivering clear and timely updates on project status. * Prepare executive reports, progress reports, budget tracking, and presentations for management. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, operational procedures, and best practices in project management. * Oversee escalation processes and resolution of critical incidents related to field services. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** -------------- ### **Academic Background** * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. ### **Experience** * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing on-site technical support projects, IT services, or related areas. * Experience coordinating technical teams and managing infrastructure technology implementation or support projects. * ITIL methodology experience in service management is desirable. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Project management and control. * Development and monitoring of schedules, budgets, and work plans. * Risk management, performance indicators (KPIs), and service-level agreements (SLAs). * Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, technical support, networks, telecommunications, and field services. * PMP, Scrum, ITIL Foundation, or similar certifications are desirable. ### **Competencies** * Leadership and coordination capability. * Customer and results orientation. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and time management. * Collaborative work and simultaneous management of multiple projects. * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
