Your key responsibilities will include: **Production and Operations** * Plan, coordinate, and control daily production according to demand, costs, and capacity. * Ensure operational continuity and achievement of production KPIs (OEE, waste, yield). * Manage human, technical, and material resources of the plant. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the technical department. **Quality and Food Safety** * Guarantee compliance with **health and regulatory standards**: * RSA (Chile) * Seremi de Salud * Lead and maintain management systems: * HACCP * BPM * BRC * Ensure traceability, non-conformance control, and corrective actions. **Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization** * Identify opportunities for **improvement in productivity, cost, and quality**. * Lead projects on: * Waste and rework reduction. * Cycle time optimization. * Process standardization. **Leadership and People Management** * Lead production, maintenance, and shift supervision teams. * Promote a culture of quality, food safety, and safety. * Evaluate performance, training needs, and team development. * Manage workplace climate and compliance with safety regulations. **Profile Requirements** **Academic Background** * Industrial Civil Engineer * Food Engineer **Experience** * Minimum **5–10 years** in the food industry. * At least **3–5 years** in similar positions of responsibility. * Demonstrable experience in: * Quality and food safety management. * Optimization of production processes. **Key Technical Knowledge** * Quality and food safety management systems. * Production KPIs and cost control. * Occupational health and safety. * ERP and production control tools. **Key Competencies** **Technical** * Process management and operational control. * Planning and decision-making. * Analytical ability and continuous improvement mindset. * Strong focus on quality and food safety. **Soft Skills** * Hands-on and effective leadership. * Ability to work under pressure. * Clear communication with operational teams and management. * Results-oriented and continuously improving mindset. * High accountability and technical judgment.
