Job stability and opportunities for professional development. **Fruit Freezing Plant – Curicó** A prominent agro-industrial company specializing in fruit processing and freezing, located in the city of Curicó, seeks to incorporate a **Process Manager** into its team, responsible for leading the plant’s productive operations while ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, food safety, and occupational safety standards. Requirements * Professional or technical university degree in Food Engineering, Agro-Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Agricultural Technician, or related field. * Minimum of **4 years** of proven experience in similar roles within freezing plants, packing facilities, or agro-industrial processes. * Demonstrable experience leading work teams. * Knowledge of production process planning and control. * Proficiency in managing production and productivity indicators. * In-depth understanding of food quality and safety standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **IQF** (Individual Quick Freezing) processes. * Personnel management during agricultural seasons. * Knowledge of **HACCP**, **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, and **BRCGS** and/or **IFS Food** standards.
