Job Summary: We are seeking a Level 1 IT Support Analyst to provide technical support, manage support tickets, and participate in the maintenance of computer equipment, with a focus on user service. Preventive maintenance of equipment and user training. Join Our Team! We are looking for a **Level 1 IT Support Analyst** for our Head Office located in Vitacura, working remotely, to join our team. What will you do in this role? * Provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity requests and incidents. * Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality service. * Assist in the administration, updating, and security of corporate equipment and applications. * Maintain inventory and control of technological assets. * Participate in preventive maintenance activities for computer equipment. * Train and guide users on the use of technological tools and corporate applications. * Prepare reports related to IT department operations. Requirements: * Higher Technical or Professional degree in Computer Science, IT Support, Programmer Analyst, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, physical and logical networks, Cloud tools, help desks, and ticket management. * Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technological compliance is desirable. * Service orientation, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills.
