Learn more at www.lundinmining.com. **Job Description** ------------------------- Ensure operational continuity, data quality, and control compliance on the SAP SuccessFactors talent management platform and other supporting HR software applications by providing specialized incident resolution, support to key users, and controlled change management—aligning Information Technology with business needs. **Key Responsibilities \| Activities** ------------------------------------------------ * Analyze and resolve functional and technical tickets (*Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance*, etc.) by diagnosing errors in configuration, business rules, or integrations to manage incidents. * Provide internal customer support for reporting and *People Analytics*, validating data quality and assisting in report generation and correction. * Conduct functional testing to validate *end\-to\-end* processes, thereby reducing production environment errors. * Document solutions, configurations, and recurring issues to manage knowledge. * Ensure proper user creation, modification, and deactivation. * Manage access and security by analyzing authorization incidents, validating access rights per user role, and correcting permissions. * Perform operational system monitoring aimed at continuous improvement. **Education, Experience and Other Requirements** --------------------------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. **Technical Competencies** * Functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules (*Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning*, etc.) * Functional configuration (*business rules, workflows, picklists*, MDF) * Master data and organizational structure management * Security and roles (*Role\-Based Permissions* – RBP) * Integration support (SAP / AD / APIs / *middleware*) * Incident analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) * Functional testing and *end\-to\-end* validation * Change management (transport and environment control) * Reporting and *People Analytics* usage * IT service management (ITSM / *ServiceNow*) * Interface knowledge and integration monitoring * Knowledge of ITGC, auditing, and compliance * Intermediate English proficiency The shift will be conducted Monday to Thursday at Lundin Mining’s Santiago office, with scheduled site visits.
