We consider inclusion and diversity fundamental to meeting present and future challenges.*** At ARAUCO, we are looking for professionals with technical training experience to serve as a **Herbicide Instructor** for the Forestry Business. **General Purpose of the Position:** Deliver and evaluate defined technical training processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance with safety, quality, and cost standards of the training. **Main Responsibilities of the Position:** * Deliver the training plan according to established coverage and scheduling. * Serve as the technical counterpart in the development and updating of instructional material content. * Record and report information regarding attendance, evaluation results, and relevant observations from the training process, generating traceability of the process, which must be registered in the system. * Use appropriate tools and materials during the training process. **Requirements:** * Technical higher education or equivalent experience in the field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the herbicide area. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (desirable). * Class B driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. * Availability for 7x7 or 5x2 shift schedules. ***At ARAUCO, we work daily to develop renewable forestry products that improve people’s lives—a mission that challenges us to build committed, enthusiastic, and creative teams.
