We are seeking an **Instructional Designer for CIS \- OTEC**
Role Mission:
Design, development, and implementation of learning solutions tailored to face-to-face and virtual training environments. Additionally, the professional is expected to apply active methodologies, technological tools, and sound andragogical practices to ensure effective and sustainable learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and execute information-gathering processes with subject-matter experts to develop training programs.
* Design and develop instructional materials, graphic resources, manuals, visual presentations, e-learning course scripts, and multimedia capsules.
* Design andragogical, pedagogical, and user-centered learning experiences.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in English-language projects is desirable.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Technical or university-level education.
* Availability to work on a project basis
