Management of human resources, materials, and equipment A construction-sector company requires a **Construction Engineer** for a project located in the commune of Maipú, involving **public space improvement and earthworks**. Requirements * Professional degree as a **Construction Engineer**. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in civil works execution and supervision. * Proven experience in urban development, public space projects, paving, earthworks, or similar projects. * Knowledge of quality control, scheduling, and construction management. * Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations. * Proficiency in construction planning and control software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. * Monitor physical progress and compliance with the work schedule. * Coordinate human resources, materials, and equipment. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Manage communication with technical inspection bodies and the client, as applicable. * Prepare progress reports and cost control reports.
