We seek professionals with degrees in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Biochemistry/Chemistry Engineering to work at our San Vicente Slaughterhouse Plant, within Industrial Management, located in the commune of San Vicente de Tagua Tagua. The objective of this role is "to be prepared and qualified to assume a leadership position within the organization by acquiring the knowledge, skills, and experience required to effectively perform the role." **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Understand the key processes of Industrial Management across all their stages. 2\. Understand the interconnections and impacts of each process both within and outside the unit, from the perspectives of Safety, Quality, and People. 3\. Understand the roles and responsibilities of key positions (operational, tactical, and strategic). 4\. Understand the company’s value chain. 5\. Identify key internal and external stakeholders of Agrosuper and main considerations for collaborative work. 6\. Participate in major ongoing projects, incorporating perspectives on operational excellence, occupational health and safety, digital transformation, and quality. Requirements 1\. Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency 2\. Knowledge of statistical analysis 3\. Knowledge of project evaluation 4\.
