The professional will be responsible for coordinating plant operations, ensuring quality and safety standards, and promoting innovation in production processes. Key Responsibilities * **Operations Management**: Supervise production processes to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery. * **Resource Optimization**: Implement improvements in material and equipment utilization. * **Occupational Safety**: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * **Team Management**: Coordinate and motivate operational staff to achieve objectives. * **Quality Control**: Maintain quality standards for products and processes. * **Technological Innovation**: Promote adoption of new industrial tools and methodologies. * **Executive Reporting**: Present results and forecasts to senior management. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. * 6\+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing operations supervision. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems. * Leadership, strategic communication, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
