Fieldwork with assigned scheduling At **Progesys**, a specialist in Recruitment and Personnel Selection, we are currently searching for an **HVAC Technician** for our client—a company dedicated to the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems at client facilities. * Meet execution deadlines and established maintenance guidelines. * Complete safety work sheets and submit technical service reports to the administrative department and the client. * Keep the assigned vehicle’s status updated and maintain tool organization. * Report daily progress and completed tasks to the Supervisor. * Conduct technical inspections and represent the company with responsible and professional conduct. * Comply with safety standards, internal regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of the IMS. **Requirements** -------------- * Intermediate-level Technical Degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in HVAC system maintenance and installation. * Knowledge or training in HVAC systems. * Safety orientation, responsibility, and discipline. * Ability to identify activity-related risks. * Class B driver’s license (desirable). * Physical condition suitable for fieldwork. * Familiarity with Management Systems and handling of hazardous substances (desirable). **Conditions** --------------- * Fieldwork according to assigned schedule. * Direct employment contract with the company (details provided during interview). * Stability and career growth, continuous training in HVAC systems. * Market-competitive remuneration.
