Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery and lifting equipment at ByC Cranes. Key Highlights: 1. Detection and reporting of equipment anomalies We are seeking a Mechanic with experience in heavy machinery / lifting equipment. At ByC Cranes, we are looking for a Mechanic to join our team. We want a responsible, proactive individual with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment. Main Responsibilities: * Perform mechanical maintenance (preventive and corrective) on heavy machinery and lifting equipment. * Comply with workshop and field maintenance programs. * Detect and report equipment anomalies. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. * Responsibly request, handle, and return tools. Requirements: * Technical degree in Mechanics, Electricity, Maintenance, or related field (Secondary or Higher Education level). * Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and blueprint reading. * Ability to work in a team, effective communication skills, and commitment to safety. * Residence only in Iquique or Alto Hospicio. Work Location: Alto Hospicio, on a 5x2 shift schedule from Monday to Friday at the headquarters. Travel availability is required. Work Location: On-site employment
