Job Summary: AMG Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to lead and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring facility order and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with other departments AMG Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of cleaning personnel, ensuring the cleanliness, order, and hygiene of our facilities in accordance with established standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of the cleaning team, assigning responsibilities and ensuring their completion. * Train and guide new staff on cleaning procedures, proper use of equipment and products, and safety policies. * Conduct periodic facility inspections to ensure maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. * Manage and control inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed. Develop and maintain efficient work schedules for cleaning staff. * Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and taking corrective action when necessary. * Resolve issues and address cleaning-related requests promptly and effectively. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in all cleaning activities. * Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including schedules, inventories, and incident reports. * Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning of specific areas or special events. * Participate in the selection of new cleaning staff. **Requirements:** * Proven experience of at least 1 year in supervisory roles within cleaning teams. * In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and cleaning equipment. * Leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct work teams. * Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. * Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. * Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve problems. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations applicable to cleaning operations. * **Mandatory: Valid driver's license.** **We Offer:** * **Company vehicle (subject to evaluation and training)** * If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please apply by sending your updated CV to **msotelo@grupoamg.cl** * Work tools (telephone, PC) * Uniform **"All job postings published by us comply with Law 21.015, which promotes labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.
